Why a greenhouse?
Growth needs the right environment.
A greenhouse does not manufacture life. It creates the conditions in which life can take root, become resilient and bear fruit. Light is welcomed. Growth is tended. Every plant is given room to mature.
That picture shapes our understanding of ministry. We gather around Christ and His truth so people can be known, formed, strengthened and sent into the world with wisdom and purpose.

Jesus Christ is the centre of our faith and the pattern of our life. We receive Scripture as God’s truth, depend on the Holy Spirit for renewal, and gather in prayer, worship and community so that belief becomes faithful practice.
We believe the Gospel reaches the whole person. It reconciles us to God, reshapes what we love, renews how we think and teaches us to live with holiness, mercy, courage and responsibility in the world.
Leadership
Formation before visibility.
Christian leadership begins with character, stewardship and service. At The GreenHouse, influence is a responsibility to protect people, tell the truth, welcome accountability and help others become mature—not a platform for self-importance.
Leadership information will be presented with the clarity needed for trust, responsible contact and public accountability as the ministry’s structures develop.
